Diese wird bei Stornierung einbehalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\"><br>\u201cAusfallgeb\u00fchren\u201c bei vollst\u00e4ndigem (auch teilweisem) Vertragsr\u00fccktritt oder bei vollst\u00e4ndiger (auch teilweiser) Nichtinanspruchnahme der vereinbarten Leistungen errechnet sich nachfolgende Staffelung:<br><br>Storno (zu zahlen sind bei Absage bzw. Storno)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:14px\">Weniger als 22 bis 18 Wochen vor Anreise 40 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:14px\">Weniger als 18 bis 14 Wochen vor Anreise 50 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:14px\">Weniger als 14 bis 10 Wochen vor Anreise 60 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:14px\">Weniger als 10 bis 5 Wochen vor Anreise 70 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:14px\">Weniger als 5 Wochen vor Anreise 80 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:14px\">Gast erscheint nicht bzw. Storno weniger als 5 Tage vor Anreisetermin 100 %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\"><br>Das Manto Retreat kann aus au\u00dferordentlichen Gr\u00fcnden (z. B. H\u00f6here Gewalt, Fremdeinwirkung, Elementarschaden, allgemeiner Notstand, Katastrophenfall, beh\u00f6rdliche Anordnung o.\u00e4.) fristlos vom Vertrag zur\u00fccktreten.  Die Frist f\u00fcr den R\u00fccktritt betr\u00e4gt 6 Wochen. Ein Anspruch auf Schadenersatz besteht dann nicht.
