Manto Retreat in Nature
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking/reservation. This will be retained in case of cancellation.
“Cancellation fees” in the event of complete (or even partial) withdrawal from the contract or in the event of complete (even partial) non-use of the agreed services, the following scale is calculated:
Cancellation Fee (to be paid in case of cancellation)
- Less than 22 to 18 weeks before arrival 40 %
- Less than 18 to 14 weeks before arrival 50 %
- Less than 14 to 10 weeks before arrival 60 %
- Less than 10 to 5 weeks before arrival 70 %
- Less than 5 weeks before arrival 80 %
- Guest does not show up or cancellation less than 5 days before arrival date 100 %
The Manto Retreat can withdraw from the contract without notice for extraordinary reasons (e.g. force majeure, external influence, natural hazards, general emergency, disaster, official order, etc.). The deadline for withdrawal is 6 weeks. In this case, there is no entitlement to compensation. The withdrawal must be declared immediately (by telephone or in writing or by e-mail).
